Translation and evaluation of Mehmed Reşid's work named Hıfz-ı Sıhhati Ahlak

When we look at human history, we see that each of the great nations has reached the highest point in a specific field. We see that Turks have reached the highest level of morality. When we look at the lifestyles before choosing Islam, we know the importance of morality for Turkish society. After choosing the religion of Islam, the understanding of customary morality was identified with Islamic morality and became a brand new synthesis, Turkish-Islamic morality. Turkish Islamic morality, which is based on the basic belief and morality of the Islamic religion, was implemented and experienced in all its aspects in the Ottoman society. Over a period of approximately six centuries, many scholars have defined morality theoretically and practically and have written works on this subject. Hıfz-ı Sıhhati Moral Treatise, written by Mehmet Reşit, was also written with this understanding. Risale is also known as Fezleke-i Tıbbu'r Ruhan. It has not been seen that any transcript or evaluation of this treatise has been made before. For this reason, the importance of the transcript and transcription evaluation of this treatise has increased even more. In our research, we examine the author's thoughts on many issues, especially education and health, and convey his views.
