Abstract (EN)
In this thesis,a level measuring device which has large application area and high accuracy,servo motor driving was designed. Level measurement aplications are very important position in industry.The determination of best-fit level measurement method is critical.Because,every method isnt used for every aplication.Level measurement method is changed according to the temperature and species of material , pressurized tank or open to atmosphere ,dimension and position of tank , desirable accuracy value ,condition of mechanical or electrical connection and price expectation.In this context,in first chapter,the level measuring methods that are existed up to now was studied.In second chapter,similar systems and researchs are studied. In third cheapter, the designed device was explained in-detail.This device is measured according to lift of liquids and solids.It has a spool rope mechanism.When weight that was connected to end point of steel rope is reached to level of liquid or solid,the rope tension is changed with lift effect. Measured alteration of tension is transited to servo motor.Sevro motor drive spool required direction and angle according to coming signal.In same time,encoder of servo motor measure total rotation angle of shaft and this value can be read on display of servo driver.
