LEED certified green buildings in terms of spatial planning: An example of hotel in Antalya

Abstract (EN)

In the first part of the study, which examined the LEED-certified green building systems, the aim and scope of the research was explained. Secondly; in the light of the literature studies, definitions of LEED and green buildings, certification systems and credit categories were examined. The required credit categories were examined and measures were identified that could be taken both inside and outside. World's and Turkey's LEED certicated projects were analyzed to receive important samples to study. The second part gives the materials to be used according to the general information. As part of the research, the current data of the user data is discussed. In the third part; section will provide LEED and hotel specifications, information on the research materials and methods used. In the forth part; in accordance with the data obtained in the general information, materials and method steps, the current status of the existing hotel building is checked for positive and negative aspects and the status of obtaining a certificate is checked. The measures and recommendations to be taken in the building have been defined and completed.
