Abstract (EN)

In this survey, it is examined that the effects of the metals of lead (20 mgl-1 Pb2+) and cadmium (5 mgl-1 Cd2+) accumulations, both separately and together, and the effect zeolite (0,1 gl-1) to remove these accumulations in the muscle, gill, liver, kidney and bone tissues of Crossbreed Tilapias which are kept in an aquarium for fourteen days. At the end of this examination, the lead and cadmium accumulation in the fish tissues is measured by ICP-MS Spectrometer. While the plumbiferous (Pb) accumulation in the tissues are in this way: liver> kidney> muscle> bone> gill, the cadmium (Cd) accumulation is in the following: kidney > gill> liver> bone and there is not any cadmium in the muscle tissue. In the environment including Pb and Cd, accumulations are in this way: kidney> liver> gill> bone and there is not any Cd in the muscle tissue. The existence of Zeolite in the environment does not change the turn of the accumulation; however, it decreases the lead and cadmium accumulation and this decrease is important statistically.
