Determination of job satisfaction of employees in marble sector

Personal factors have an important place in determining job satisfaction. Since the birth of the person through the life gained on the basis of the behavior and experiences various features develop. Factors such as education, age and gender of the person directly affect the evaluation of the situation of person. In order to be able to compete in the sector in which they exist today, it is possible for the employees to increase their productivity and to evaluate the job satisfaction of the employees. Therefore, in our study, it is aimed to analyze and determining the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the employees working in the company of trading in marble sector. Gender, age, marital status, working time and educational status were examined in the factors affecting job satisfaction. The job satisfaction of the employees was evaluated by Job Satisfaction Scale, and it was concluded that in the employees' job satisfaction, gender, age and education level were effective and that the marital status and working time were not effective.
