Abstract (EN)
In this study, conducted in 1975 existing reinforced concrete building frame system performance analysis performed according to the regulations of the 2007 earthquake retrofit is proposed. In this context, the "2007 Ordinance on Buildings in Earthquake Zone" section according to the type of housing structures envisaged for 7 "Life Safety" performance level was investigated. The study consists of two stages. In the first step, with existing reinforcement of concrete structures defined by the quality and capacity of the structure was revealed. Construction elements for this damage, was determined. Damage will occur in the classification of elements was determined to limit the damage. After determining all the elements in the structure of the damage, structure damage in the distribution and performance according to the rate structure was uncovered. In the second stage structure v13.1 Sta4CAD in "Earthquake Building Retrofit Project " option from the " cracked -section analysis based " option and selecting all construction material present as E2, the current strength of materials are selected. As a result of analysis of performance, while maintaining control of the colon beset packing column elements are determined. These columns are brittle elements in the current structure needs to be strengthened. Cutting capacity due to lack of this element for the improvement of building systems to strengthen the recommendations have been made. Recommendations for strengthening the program structure of the seismic strengthening project option, the option will be reinforcing elements are selected for the panel and mantle. V13.1 Sta4CAD performance analysis structure in accordance with the results obtained in the rebuilt structure and the data are checked for irregularities, and the column capacity. At the end of this study, do the " Life Safety" have been shown to meet the performance level and a strengthening of alternative proposals for the structure is given.
