Abstract (EN)

In the study, the amount of mineral fertilizers was reduced by 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% from the 100% full concentration in basil hydroponic growing. Instead of reduced mineral fertilizers, mycorrhiza was inoculated during seed sowing. According to the yield data, it is seen that there is no need to use mineral fertilizers 100%. Mineral fertilizer 80% using with mycorrhiza create higher yield than 100% mineral fertilizer alone. The interesting finding is that when 20% mineral fertilizer was used together with mycorrhiza, it was able to create a yield of 60% mineral fertilizer. In the total harvest data, the increasing effect of mycorrhiza can be seen at all mineral fertilizer doses. The increase rates in basil yield compared to their controls were 2%, 18%, 3%, 36% and 58% in 100%, 80%, 60%, 40% and 20% mineral fertilizer applications, respectively. It has been clearly seen that mycorrhiza is more effective at low mineral fertilizer doses such as 40% and 20%. In the greenhouse, the Rosie basil variety has been affected negatively by the heat since mid-June. With the increasing heat, purple discoloration of the leaves was determined. It can be said that mycorrhiza effect on the leaf area does not show parallel increases with the effect on leaf weight. In other words, mycorrhiza enabled the formation of thick leaves without a surface expansion effect. It has been determined that mycorrhiza is also effective on the number of leaves. Mycorrhiza was the most effective at 20% mineral fertilizer dose in terms of side branch formation and stem thickening. There was no statistically significant difference in leaf pH, EC and TSS values of mycorrhiza applications compared to control plants in decreasing mineral fertilizer doses. It has been observed that mycorrhiza can be effective in mineral fertilizer doses in 40% and 20% in terms of phenol and flavonoid content. The enhancing effects of mycorrhiza for macro and micro nutrient were determined in basil plant nutrition.
