Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, we have investigated the physical properties and flexural strength of steel wire produced with micro steel wires, and different rates in different compressive strength of mortar specimens. For this purpose, adding 0.5% of 1% and 1.5% volume of a mixture to the steel wire ratio into the two different W/C ratio mixtures, we produced rectangular samples with dimensions of 40 mm × 40 mm × 160 mm. During the production of the samples, wet values and unit volume weights were measured and then these values were compared with the dry unit volume. After putting these produced samples 28 days + 20 °C cure, flexural and compressive tests were done. The values from the mortar flexural and compressive wireless were taken as a reference. In the investigation study of the effects of steel wires shrinkage on the mortar, it is understood that the steel wires in concrete had a resistance for tensile straining. However, although this rapid increase in the rate of a specific resistance of steel wire, it is observed that after a certain ratio of increase slowed down is exceeded. In addition, it is understood that both the ratio of tensile strained wire of concrete, and the concrete pressure resistance is connected.
