Abstract (EN)

In this study, AISI 1045 workpiece materials with different micro-cutting tools in milling operations, surface roughness and tool wear criteria were examined. Micro milling CNC vertical processing machines were manufactured by us are made. Milling operations uncoated (WC), Titanium Aluminum Nitride (AlTiN) and Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated cutting tools are used. Surface roughness and tool wear rate and cutting depth on progress in determining the different parameters used in the cutting. Perthometre surface roughness values were measured with the device. Of tool wear was determined with the help of the USB electronic microscope.According to the results obtained the best surface roughness value of coated AlTiN milling machining tip 0.129 ?m, 15 ?m depth and 250 mm / min feed rate was obtained. Also, depending on the increasing depth of machining progress, the average surface roughness value for each cutting tool is also increasing. When evaluated in terms of surface roughness, showed the best performance of the AlTiN-coated cutting tools. Whereas for uncoated and TiN-coated cutting tool surface roughness value obtained was close to one another.
