Microwave tissue analysis with breast cancer diagnosis

Many transactions are stored electronically on the rapidly evolving technology through virtual and real environments. Experts solve the current problems, to take critical decisions stored in the database or to make predictions for the future benefit from these data. In the process and rules in relation to the presence of the large size of data stacks are using data mining techniques. Open source and commercial programs to implement these methods are used. Weka, ARTool, RapidMiner, Knie and R are given examples to open source programs. Examples of the commercial programs are SPSS Clementine, SPSS, SAS, Angoss, KXEN, SQL Server and MATLAB. In this study, one of the first types of cancer and giving brief information about breast cancer is the most common among women, with the help of Moment Method was obtained as a synthetic electromagnetic fields spread from the breast. Later this synthetic data, estimated the existence of cancerous tissue using Weka program and diagnosis is made.
