Mirzâ Muhammed Nakî (Kumrî) and named work Kenzü'l-Mesâib (review-text-index)

The subject of this thesis is Mirzâ Muhammed Nakî (Kumrî), who lived in the 19th century and his work called Kenzü'l-Mesâib. The subject of the work is the Karbala incident. Karbala incident is a subject that has always existed in classical literature. In Turkish Literature, the Karbala incident in which Hz. Hüseyin was martyred, continued its existence by taking a genre name (Maktel or Maktel-i Hüseyn) over the years. Many Works have been written on this dire incident. We learn the limited information about Mirzâ Muhammed Nakî (Kumrî), a poet from the Azerbaijani field, based on a few articles and Works published in Azerbaijan. Kenzü'l-Mesâib which we have two copy today is registered at the İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality Atatürk Library Turkish Writing Divans Collection Municipality K. 761 and consists of 333 sheets. Karbala incident and its place, importance in Turkish Literature are discussed in the introduction part of our study. In the first chapter, the life literary personality and Works of the poet are examined. In the second part, it is emphasized the physical features, the reason for copyright its content, language and style features and the analysis part of work. In the chapter, the translation of the transcribed text is given. The method and explanations we follow whilw translating the text are stated under the heading 'The method followed in the translation method of the text'.
