Kinetic object design has attracted the attention of humanity throughout history. The fact that today's lifestyle is more dynamic and faster than previous generations has led to the longing for nomadic life and changes in the life forms of the users with the globalizing world. Thus, users have started to prefer mobile housing in order to maintain their quality of life. However, the socio-cultural situation, economic changes, technological developments and environmental conditions have led to changes in the design principles of mobile housing over time. The concept of family, which has been transformed by the industrial revolution, is one of the main factors driving users to be mobile. The transition from large and extended families to core families has led to changes in the plan design and size of the houses. Since traditional housing is too big for such families, users have increasingly opted for mobile housing. The time that people spent at their Homes decreased because the women are also introduced in the business life in the new millenia, therefore Housing has become the place people use just for sleeping and resting. Due to the spatial dimensions of traditional houses, users who do not want to pay for the spaces they do not use started to prefer to use smaller and mobile houses. Technological factors that have evolved and changed over the years have enabled the users to find jobs and changes in working conditions. Users who do not have to work in closed offices provide their earnings by working from home. In this way, users who had the opportunity to move their lives in the direction they wanted started to concentrate on mobile homes which are more dynamic and faster than traditional homes. Throughout history mobile Homes have been very popüler, therefore it is possible to find manny different applications. Initially, short-term housing for holiday purposes, housing, socio-cultural, economic, technological and environmental factors have changed the transition to permanent housing. As the demands of the users change frequently, it increases the usage of mobile houses permanently because traditional houses take a long time and cost more to solve such problems. In the thesis content, the concept of housing and mobile housing development process, factors affecting mobile housing design and development process, evaluation of mobile housing design approaches are examined in chapters. In the first part, information about the concept of housing and the development of mobile housing has been examined. The development of mobile housing and the factors affecting this process are given in the second chapter. In the third chapter, the design approaches of mobile housing and mobile housing are examined in accordance with the information given. In the last section; In accordance with the information obtained, the approach of design of mobile housing for the future has been deduced.
