Abstract (EN)
The concept of mobile commerce, introduced into our lives with advancing technology, has emerged as an innovation encountered in nearly every field today. Both in our country and globally, the growing desire of people to access their needs through easy means has allowed mobile commerce to continue its ongoing development. This phenomenon influences the growth of various business sectors in diverse areas, both in Turkey and worldwide. As shopping and consumption habits evolve daily, new trade domains emerge, pushing both consumers and producers toward new pursuits. Customers seeking innovative solutions increasingly prefer shopping via applications, primarily due to the convenience of saving time and accessibility. However, alongside these opportunities come heightened competition and complexity, making strategic decision-making processes even more critical for firms. In such a time, Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approaches help organizations to think simultaneously on many criteria that help organizations for effective and objective decisions. When evaluating multiple variables in business, MCDM techniques offer an operational and strategic pathway. In the context of the dynamic structure of mobile commerce and constantly changing market conditions, a firm's capacity to perform accurate analyses employing these techniques and realigning its decisions based on these analyses has emerged as one of the keys to success.Mobile trade now is a necessary part of trade in the latest world; however, performance of businesses in this realm relies on the power to put accurate strategies into practice. One of the significant elements improving the competitiveness of businesses in national and international markets can be considered the applicability and power of MCDM methods in this process.
