Abstract (EN)
This study explores the possibility of an understanding of justice, which can be based on Kant's moral, aesthetic, legal and political views, in the context of subjectivity metaphysics. The subjectivity discussion for the purpose of the research continues throughout the study. Concepts such as moral law, moral subject, genius, Supreme, sensus communis, subject of justice, chaotic subject, inner freedom, outer freedom have emerged as concepts that determine the framework of the discussion. The possibility of a subjectivity of justice that will arise from the foundations of moral subjectivity showed itself during the research. Through such a possibility of subjectivity, Kant prepares finite people for an endless journey of justice. In the study, the question of how Kant tried to overcome the tension between moral law and law was also tried to be answered. The possibility of justice in Kant's thought has been looked at from the perspectives of morality, aesthetics, politics, law, philosophy of history, and Kant's work in these areas has been particularly focused. It has also been seen that human love, which comes after the feeling of respect, which is the central emotion of the moral law, is closely related to both the moral law that aims at the human being and the possibility of an intersubjective justice. Kant's quest for justice throughout his critiques is also an endless quest. Because justice will never manifest to people as something in itself.
