Abstract (EN)

Motivation is to lead people to a certain purpose.Itredirectsthemtomeettheexpectations of businesses. Managers should use motivation tools to get higher performance from their employees.Businesses of high motivated employees get more productivity from employees. Motivation and performance are interrelated issues. If the motivation of the employees increases, better performance can be obtained. The motivation of employees with effective performance evaluations is increased. In this way, a higher benefit is provided from the employees. The relationship between the motivation factors of employees and the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system has been measured with field research for 124 employees who are working in Kilis State Hospital.This studyin health sector is the first research about the effectiveness of the performance evaluation system of motivational factors. According to the findings of the study, the two motivational sub-dimensions- empoverment, fair and evaluation- have an impact on the employees' perceptions toward the effectiveness of performance appriasal system.
