Abstract (EN)

Multipl Sclerosis (MS), is a central nervous system disease, especially seen in young adults, shaped with the destruction of myelin (demyelination) which has completed the normal development, often showing the progressive course of attacks and remissions, sometimes the reason is not entirely clear. Myelin is a sheat that protects the central nervous system by surrounding them and allows the performans of their functions. Because of the destruction of myelin, which nerves can not perform their functions and show clinical symptoms, depending on where the affected. Myelin Basic Protein (MBP), is one of the most abundant proteins in myelin shoath and related to autoimmune disease. As a result of deimination of arginine which is found in MBP structure to citrulline, C8(MBP-Cit-6) isomer is formed. Therefore, the presence of MS can be detected with the determination of citrülline amino acid.Citrulline, which is formed by the deimination of arginine is a secondary aminoacid and can be the decisive factor in the determination of some diseaser. Especially in MS, the arginine, by 35 % in the structure of MBP in the myelin sheath, is converted to citrulline.Molecular imprinting technique, is a tecnique to create a recognition sites in a molecular matrix using a molecular template. After the removal of template, the remaining polymer is more selective the selectivity of polymer depends on various factors like the size and shape of the cavity and rebinding inferactions. In this study, citrulline aminoacid sensitive nanoparticulles have prepared on Si surface applying molecular imprinting technique for the determination of citrülline. These nanoparticulles have used in the determination of citrülline which is found in MBP-Cit6 isomers and observed because of MS disease bybinding the specific bindingsite, in the cavities.
