Abstract (EN)

The concept of measurement and evaluation is considered one of the most important part of learning-teaching process. With the advancements and improvements in technology, technological changes in the processes of measurement and evaluation became essential. New approches are still being developed and applied in measurement and evaluation area, parallel to today's technological advancements. Evaluations get finalized in a very short period of time even if they have couple of participants or millions. Developing different systems for these evaluations depending on the core and the proficiency of the evaluation's subject is a constantly discussed issue. Especially in computer lessons, it became essential to use more modern approches in measurement and evaluation instead of classical methods. In these kind of lessons, although the student count may be many, usually the instructive sources are limited. Therefore there is need for some tools to ease the measurement and evaluation process. It is apparent that the the measurement and evaluation of subjects people learning and taking an exam in a applied learning environment is better than people learning and taking an exam on paper. Following these approches, a working environment which uses today's technological opportunities and becomes more useful for both the learner and the teacher is put forward. In this study, different measurement and evaluation systems which uses applied methods have been analyzed, and a different exam template for computer lessons is put together by analyzing the pros and cons of aspects of these systems. Infrastructure system is created and an exam template for the most common used Microsoft Office product Excel is prepared. To enhance it's ability to be used in a wider mass, the system was developed in a way that makes it possible to integrate into any learning management system.
