Abstract (EN)
One key aspect of Islam is the fact that on one hand it protecting people's religion, mental health, life, property and progenies -in order to protect the security of social life- while on the other establishing fundamental faith issues such as tawhid, afterlife and prophethood in people's minds. In this context, a believer is supposed to be reliable among people in terms of social aspects of life such as shopping, measuring and weighing . Besides this, as believer is defined as "the one whom people are protected of his/her enormity", the concept makes propogating of value perception and personal characteristics acquired by people very important. In study, concepts of believer and Muslim will be evaluated in terms of concerned verses by also taking characteristics of Muslim and mental health of both individual and society into account. In conclusion, the level that Quran aims to make people and humanity achieve is defined as ""perfect human being" in religious scriptures. The most important and earthly aspect of this aim is the responsibility of believers to establish a human model that provides security of all humanity and that includes mental health, happiness and without any serious psychological problems.
