Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted in 2022 to determine the yield and characteristics of Bilensoy-80 alfalfa variety and local alfalfa genotypes grown within the borders of the Muş plain. In 13 different villages (Bağlar, Bozbulut, Çöğürlü, Karakuyu, kepenek, Kıyıbaşı, Kızılağaç, Muratgören, Özdilek, Serinova, Suboyu, Sungu and Taşoluk) where the study was carried out, a total of 52 clover (22 Bilensoy-80 clover variety plots and 30 local clover plots) were collected. genotypes plot) was visited during the period corresponding to the 10% flowering period of the crop and the first form of the crop. In the study, the height of 15 plants randomly selected from each plot, 10 plants in one replication, was measured in cm from the lowest point to the highest point, and the plant heights were determined by taking the average measurements of the plants. A total of 208 samples, taken from each randomized block trial design with four replications, were taken into the laboratory environment. Finally, one kilogram of alfalfa randomly taken from four separate replicates was dried and the hay yield was calculated. After the dried alfalfa samples were ground, the quality parameters were analyzed with the NIRS device and in Bilensoy-80 alfalfa variety, plant height was 67.80-134.00 cm, green grass yield was 1901.25-6782.50 kg per decare, hay yield was 360.75-1380.76 kg per decare, dry grass rate was 17.67%. 29.60, crude protein rate 16.21-21.75%, crude protein yield 73.32-224.95 kg per decare, ADF rate 37.17-41.76%, NDF rate 48.03-53.79%, SKM rate 56.37-59.95%, SKM yield 190.20-753.94%, KMT rate 2.23% -2.50 and NYD is between 100.23-116.39, in the production of local genotypes, plant height is 58.87-125.27 cm, green grass yield is 1770.00-4723.00 kg per decare, hay yield is 415.25-875.28 kg per decare, dry grass rate is 18.14-26.57%, crude protein rate. 16.02-21.12%, crude protein yield 67.41-175.95 kg per decare, ADF rate 38.12-42.10%, NDF rate 48.65-52.87%, SKM rate 56.10-59.21%, SKM yield 225.10-512.51%, KMT rate 2.27-2.47%, and NYD was found to vary between 99.42-113.17. When the production parameters of Bilensoy-80 alfalfa variety and local alfalfa genotypes were compared, the differences between the analyzed conditions were compared using the Duncan test and the differences observed between all conditions were found to be statistically significant (P<0.01).
