Abstract (EN)
Customer satisfaction is one of the important issues that many companies today. The firms want to have information about the customer satisfaction. The aim of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction in the fast food sector. For this reason, it has been tried not to measure the satisfaction levels of the customers who are operating in the fast food sector in Adana. For this purpose, a questionnaire was formed on questions such as the age and gender of the individuals and the likelihood of the operator's product quality, the attitude of the employees, the frequency of being satisfied with the service and the probability of operating the AVM every time. In this survey, 200 random selected customers were asked to come to business. Frequency and factor analysis were applied to the obtained data. As a result of the frequency analysis, a positive correlation was observed between the product quality, the rate of employee satisfaction, and the product variety maintenance.
