Abstract (EN)

One of the necessary elements to focus on in the museum experience is the quality of the experience. It can be said that the impressions and feelings left by visitors about the quality of the experience after visiting the museum is a perception that is very important for the museum. The effectiveness of museum is an undeniable reality in terms of realizing their short comings, making changes, being promotional with positive feedback, and increasing its popularity. Museums that can use this reality increase the number of visitors and at the same time mediate the education of society. During a visit to the museum, which is one of the recreation activities performed by individuals with free time, individuals can turn from the museum environment to the environment they live in with a feeling of re-creation by moving away from their routine time in the outside world and having a pleasant time while learning something. Visitors can feel more active with a sense of rest and self improvement as well as a sense of re-creation. The main purpose of this research is; to examine the relationship between the quality of experience and perceived re-creation levels of visitors to the Hatay Archeology Museum, Gaziantep Zeugma Mosaic Museum and Şanlıurfa Göbeklitepe Ruins. The survey technique was used in the research and the questionnaires were applied face-to-face.The questionnaires were collected between 30 April-20 November 2021 with convenience sampling technique. The data obtained with 430 participants were analyzed using statistical programs. As a result of the analysises, a significant and positive relationship was observed between the quality of experience and perceived re-creation, and it was determined that the perception of experience quality had a statistically significant and positive effect on re-creation.
