Abstract (EN)
Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the electrochemical detectability of the pesticide active ingredient Chlorpyrifos, which belongs to the organophosphorus insecticide group, using Au/PANI/Pt nanowire-based nanosensors. Material and Methods: For the determination of Chlorpyrifos, Au/PANI/Pt nanowires were synthesized, characterized and used in the modification of SPE electrodes, respectively. The analytical performance of the prepared nanosensor was investigated and its usability in the field was tested. Results: In the studies, the optimum pH value was determined as 7.0. In addition, in the experiments carried out with the Differential Pulse Voltammetry method, it was observed that the best Chlorpyrifos concentration was 1x10-5. According to the repeatability results, it was determined that the prepared Au/PANI/Pt nanowire based nanosensor could be used in the determination of Chlorpyrifos. Conclusion: Au/PANI/Pt nanowire modified nanosensors have been shown to yield successful results in the analysis of the active ingredient of the pesticide Chlorpyrifos. The findings provide guidance for the design of new generation analytical methods in food safety and environmental monitoring applications.
