The effects of narcissistic and obsessive compulsive personality disorders on decision making process

Human being is still an effective power to survive or change the organizational structure although technological instruments are being used intensively nowadays. On condition that focusing on personality characteristics at the organizations, in order to use the power of human factor effectively and efficiently, reaching success is possible. In the past the facts which belong to human character were only examined by physiological discipline but now it is entered to the area of research of management science with understanding the importance of human factor. This study is based on personal decision making process, aspect of narcissism which seen as spreading black plaque and obsessive compulsive disorder that as ancient as human being. While the studies which examining the narcissism phenomenon are innumerable on international management literature, there is not sufficient study on national management literature. Similarly, the researches on effects of obsessive compulsive disorder, which seen frequently among human on decision making process are not sufficient. The main reason of this personality characteristics were not to be handled sufficiently by management science is the consideration of these characteristics as pathological phenomenon. With this study, the understanding of effects of decision making process aspect of administrator who has a authority and responsibility for making decision about evaluation of narcissism and obsessive compulsive disorder on human.Key Words: Narcissism, Decision Making Process, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
