Abstract (EN)
NATO provides armed forces to realize its aim of establishing cooperation among to obtain security in the international enviroment. Although; those, who are on duty in abroad, are ?foreigners?, there have been changes in their legal statues by the international agreements. The main text which decides the military personnel who are in the abroad as their NATO duties and the civil components, supporting them and the statues of their relatives, is the Status of Force Agreement. Those whose statues decided by the Status of Force Agrement, have some privileges, immunities about going in and out the country, settlement, social and political rights and the judgement.
