Abstract (EN)
In this study, information about the life, practice line, musical environment and art of the performer Hafiz Necmi Rıza Ahıskan, who was one of the students of Münir Nurettin Selçuk in the XXth century, is given. Hafız Necmi Rıza Ahıskan, who is also a composer, has two compositions of his own. While the notes and recordings of the song of Hüzzam Makam "I do not seek a remedy, I do not wipe my tears away (Derman Aramam Derdime Gözyaşımı Silmem) " are available, the recording and notes of the Nihâvend makam "My beauty, let's take a trip with you (Güzelim Seninle Bir Gezelim)" song were recorded by accessing the audio recording in the archive of his close friend, retired staff Colonel Reşit Çağın. A total of 91 recordings of performances were reached, displayed in tables, the works were notated again with the musical program, and it was aimed to obtain valid and reliable determinations about Necmi Rıza Ahıskan's life and art by analyzing them according to the Arel-Ezgi-Uzdilek system.
