Abstract (EN)

The Internet of Things is one of the fastest growing technologies of our time and basically means that the devices communicate with each other. In today's technology, interest in wearable devices communicating with the Internet of things has increased. These devices, which are called smart devices, can be communicated with other devices to provide simplicity such as remote control. Smart devices are also frequently used in medicine. In this area, wearable medical devices are placed in the patients' body to help in instant data flow and control. In this study, it is aimed to diagnose the disease and communicate with the internet of the wearable sphygmomanometer for hypertension disease which is one of the common diseases in the world. Hypertension is a disease that can cause serious harm and can cause fatal results by damaging the vital organs when it is not diagnosed. Artificial intelligence is simply thinking of devices as human beings. In order for the devices to gain this feature, information on a subject must be taught to the device. The information that is sure to be correct by taking expert opinion is taught to the devices by various methods. Fuzzy logic, which is one of the applications of artificial intelligence, provides a result that is close to the idea of the human, unlike the classical logic, something that is either true or the two-choice logic that is wrong. In my study, fuzzy logic was used in the diagnosis of hypertension.
