Development and application of rule-base control system for internet of things devi̇ces

More and more devices are being developed every day to make life easier for our lives. Most of these devices can be controlled and remotely monitored by integrating into existing systems or installing new systems through connectivity features. Along with the widespread adoption of the concept of objects, the devices we use are merely connectable and insufficiently controlled by the user; intelligent systems where devices can communicate with each other and where some devices can control other devices come to the forefront. In this thesis, a software has been developed which allows the user of the device to define rules for the devices he is using and to evaluate the data received from the devices with these rules and to take action when necessary. In addition, for the application of the software, a device capable of monitoring the water quality of the swimming pools with Ph, free chlorine and temperature parameters has been developed.
