Seeking an academic contribution on the Turkish editions of Nietzsche's Zarathustra

It is determined that Friedrich Nietzsche's work "Also sprach Zarathustra: Ein Buch für Alle und Keinen (Zarathustra)" was translated into our language without placing any original German "Kritische Ausgabe" on the ground as a whole. Our analysis shows that it is not possible to talk about the mentioned text as translated. This is a factual determination, not a normative one. If we depart from this determination and accept that Nietzsche contributed to the understanding of language, art, philosophy, science and theology of his time, it is possible to reach the following conclusion: The fact that Nietzsche's text, which we refer to with the abbreviation "Zarathustra," has not been translated into our language for nearly a hundred years is not a linguistic problem. This is the problem of not being able to represent and constitute a text that appears in the original language in the object language in terms of "Kritische Ausgabe." The aim of our thesis is trying to test the problem of representation and constitution that we have arrived at based on the factual determination we mentioned. In this manner, we examined all the Turkish translations of "Zarathustra," that we could access. We compared the obtained data with critical publications, first in German, and then partly in Italian, French and English. The result we arrived is expressed in this way: Examining the "Zarathustra" by focusing on a German "Kritische Ausgabe" and trying to fix the review in terms of citation and source may be the most efficient way to translate the text of "Also sprach Zarathustra: Ein Buch für Alle und Keinen."
