Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, firstly information about soft sets and operations on soft sets are given. Neutrosophic soft sets are investigated. Neutrosophic soft group and its some algebraic properties are recearched by neutrusophic soft sets. Then, cartesian multiplication of neutrosophic soft groups is studied. Neutrosophic soft subgroups and neutrosophic normal soft subgroups are introduced. Finally, neutrosophic soft cosets and neutrosophic homomorphism are analized.
