Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, we designed digital video interface to low voltage differential signal converter. By this card, without any analog to digital conversion, video signal is observed. So that, no loss is occurred because of digital to analog and analog to digital conversion. This card will be used in two ways. First way is, in monitors the user can be used this card. Because, only tuner- antenna input is not existed. User can see the picture that comes from the personal computer (PC). Second way is, in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) television research and developments, LCD TV production factories and LCD TV return centers. At these locations by this card it is very easy to understand where the problem is; is it in LCD panel or LCD TV chassis. If related person gives the PC output to converter and gives the converter output LCD panel, he/she can understand which part of the television is working or is not working as well.
