Abstract (EN)

In this study, four different groups have been conducted in order to investigate of spirulina has the effects on survival rate of Nile tilapia on feeding examination for overwintered. Four different groups were conducted in three replicates the fish feeding with; Spirulina (G-A); commercial trout feed (G-B); first 45 days commercial trout feed and last 45 days spirulina (G-C); first 45 days spirulina and last 45 days commercial trout feed. In the study, juveniles (7 g) were stocked in fiber tanks (520 L) during experimental period (90 days) and they were overwintered in greenhouse for evaluation of growth performance, weight gain, specific growth rate and survival rate were studied . At the end of this study results showed that; growth rate of G-B was higher than the other groups (A: 0,56 g; C: 1,2 g; D: 1,8 g). Specific growth rate of G-D (1,16 % g/gün) was beter than the others (A: 0,53 % g/gün; B: 1,05 % g/gün; C: 0,21 % g/gün). Survival rate G-A was % 100, and it was better than the others (B: % 90; C: % 91; D: % 92). In conclusion, juveniles feeding with spirulina was not significantly effects on weight gain but it is effect on survival rate of nile tilapia in overwintered.Keywords: Spirulina, Tilapia, Overwintering, Nutrition.
