The subject of the study is to examine the evidence in the crime of qualified sexual assault by creating the conceptual framework of the crime of sexual assault and proof and evidence. In this context, it is aimed to identify the reasons that create difficulties in terms of proof in the crime of qualified sexual assault, to evaluate the proof of the crime by taking into account the doctrine and court decisions, and to produce suggestions to eliminate the reasons that create difficulties in terms of proof.
