Abstract (EN)

Workers working in almost every sector are required to use personal protective equipment and work clothes in today's world, where the industry is developing and working conditions are getting hard. These protective equipment should be both protective and comfortable, easy to use, as workers spend an average of 8 hours on these protective equipment. Most importantly, it does not restrict its movements, which is of great importance. If the work glove has a feature that prevents or restricts the movements of the employee, this will both disturb the worker and affect the speed of the work, the time of execution and efficiency. In this study, the production process of NBR (acrylonitrile butadiene rubber) based precision assembly gloves, the semi-finished product stages, coating, chemical parameters and the effects of some factors on the final product were investigated. For this purpose, firstly, knittings were made for the coating lining using Polyamide & Spandex and Dyneema (UHMWPE) yarns. Later, these knitted lining gloves were coated. NBR raw material was used as the coating mixture and antibacterial properties were acquired to the coating with additional agents to the coating mixture. In addition to the physical, chemical and functional properties of these precision assembly and construction gloves, which have a foamy structure, their resistance to external mechanical factors such as abrasion and cutting was also investigated.
