The transcription and criticized text publication of The Work Called As The New Policy For Order Of The State And Military

The manuscript work that we have worked on is a sample of a political treatise. Works known as Political Treatises in Ottoman Politics Tradition are a kind of politics and moral books. Basic purpose of them are to guide sultans about government administration. These Works are also cultural treasures that give information about paradigm which is dominant in the society. These books mentioned that disorders that arisen in Ottoman Empire and in the society were sourced from violation of Islamic canon law and traditional law that was called immemorial law. Politics Treatises have a depressed content due to mentioning disorders in the current system. Therefore, it will be appropriate to perform a wider source scan than these depressed tables to make truer and general outcomes. Also, detection of problems and solutions were evaluated in narrow sense in political treatises and global effects of big global changes in the world were failed to notice. We consider that The manuscript work which have been worked on will be able to form a source to history studies in terms of reflecting an aspect of a political era and lightning some events and criticizing some faults made by state organs with a plain language.
