Abstract (EN)
In this study, the neutrinos and their main properties, which is one of the current topics of high energy and particle physics and which is also believed to give information about the beginning and the future of the universe, are reviewed. Furthermore, the problems of solar and atmospheric neutrinos, the state of these problems as of today, neutrino oscillations which is the most popular solution to this problem, the present and the future solar and atmospheric neutrino experiments, are presented.
