Abstract (EN)
The issue of Imamate/Caliphate has been one of the main issues that political and theological sects have focused on since the first periods of Islamic history. In particular, the Shia's shaping of the belief system around the issue of imamate caused other sects to concentrate more on this issue. While Ahl as-Sunnah initially dealt with this issue in fiqh books, they started to consider the issue within the scope of theological issues under the influence of Shia. This caused the sources of Ahl as-Sunnah to approach the subject more as a rejection of the theses of Shia. Nuraddin es-Sabuni, one of the important scholars of Ahl as-Sunnah; He dealt with the issue of imamate within the framework of the views of the Mâturîdiyye sect, whose method he followed. Nuraddin es-Sabuni; The necessity of the imamate, the qualifications of the person who will be the caliph/imam in the Islamic state, whether two imams could exist in the same century and the innocence of the imam, especially Râfızî (Shia), Batiniyya and Ravendiyya, have emerged in this issue against the Ahl al-Sunnah sects. He tried to reveal the invalidity of his theses. Imam Sabuni followed a different path from many scholars before him by dividing the qualities that an imam should have into two. Nuraddin es-Sabuni argues that the imam should have some necessary (necessary) and perfect (complementary) conditions. According to Sabuni, masculinity, puberty, freedom, intelligence, courage and being descended from Quraysh are the necessary conditions for imamate. Sabuni agrees with Imam Abu Hanifa and his followers; Imam Shafii states that, unlike Mu'tazila and Kharijites, the conditions of taqwa and justice are among the conditions of perfection. After Nuraddin es-Sabuni studied the conditions required for imamate, he explained the legitimacy of the caliphate of the al-Khulafa al-Rashidun, who had all the necessary conditions for the imamate, the way the al-Khulafa al-Rashidun came to the imamate, the first disagreements that occurred in the period of the al-Khulafa al-Rashidun after the death of the Messenger of Allah It deals with the issue of the tafdil of the yi rashidi. Nureddin es-Sabûnî, who states that the al-khulafa al-rashidun has all the qualifications necessary for the imamate, supporting it with hadiths, states that the Companions agreed on the issue of the al-khulafa al-rashidun's imamate and that there was no opposition in this regard.
