The effect of entrepreneurship properties of students on entrepreneurship features example of Duzce University

With the globalizing world, entrepreneurship which has gained importance in the last quarter century has become an important concept. Entrepreneurs are called entrepreneurs who take advantage of the opportunities, turn the crisis into an opportunity, and can take prepared preparedness to any failure situation in order to obtain the best possible financial gain. Entrepreneurship education, which is seen as a lifelong learning style, is to develop participants who form entrepreneurial behaviors, or to try to develop all elements that affect this trend. Entrepreneurship education is one of the important issues for the development of entrepreneurship. In the first part of the study, the aim, importance and numerals of the research are explained. In the second part, the definition, history, importance and types of entrepreneurship, the characteristics that entrepreneurs should have, advantages, disadvantages and factors affecting entrepreneurship are explained. Finally, entrepreneurship training is briefly explained in this section. In the third part of the research method in the fourth part of the research findings in the fifth part of the results and recommendations are. The main purpose of this study is to determine whether the entrepreneurial personality traits (need for success, self-confidence, innovativeness, locus of control, risk taking, tolerance of uncertainty), which are frequently emphasized in the literature, affect the entrepreneurial tendency and the degree of this effect. Data were collected by using quantitative research methods. SPSS 25 program was used to collect data. As a result of the research, it was revealed that other entrepreneurial personality traits except entrepreneurship personality traits, locus of control and innovation factor had an effect on entrepreneurial tendency. In addition, a positive significant relationship was found between entrepreneurial personality traits and entrepreneurship tendency.
