Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to examine the relationship between school principals' inclusive leadership behaviors, conflict management styles and teachers' psychological well-being. The sample of the study consists of 436 teachers working in Isparta Province in the 2023-2024 academic year. Personal information form, Inclusive Leadership, Conflict Management Styles and Psychological Well-Being scales were used as data collection tools. SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs were used to analyze the data. In the study, it was seen that there was a significant difference in teachers' perceptions of conflict management style according to school type and education level. When the relationships between school principals' inclusive leadership behaviors and conflict management styles were examined, it was determined that inclusive leadership was positively and highly related to the integration dimension, while it was negatively and moderately related to the dominance dimension. When the relationships between the conflict management styles of school principals perceived by teachers and teachers' psychological well-being were examined, it was seen that conflict management style was positively and at a low level with the dimension of integration and compromise, and negatively and at a low level with the dimension of dominance. When the relationships between school principals' inclusive leadership behaviors and teachers' psychological well-being were examined, it was determined that there was a positive and low level relationship between inclusive leadership and teachers' psychological well-being. When the regression analysis results regarding the prediction of conflict management styles by inclusive leadership behaviors were examined, it was seen that inclusive leadership behaviors strongly predicted the integration style. When the relationship between dominance style and inclusive leadership behaviors was examined, it was concluded that inclusive leadership behaviors predicted dominance style moderately and negatively. When the regression analysis results regarding the prediction of inclusive leadership behaviors on teachers' psychological well-being were examined, it was seen that the perception of inclusive leadership predicted teachers' psychological well-being positively at a low level. It was concluded that school principals' inclusive leadership behaviors and conflict management styles predicted teachers' psychological well-being at a moderate level and positively. In line with the results of the study, several recommendations were presented.
