The influence of the culturel values of the school administration over the leadership

In this thesis work; the influnce of the culturel values of the school administration over the leadership is being considered. The rerearch was carried out as a work of questionaires. The questionaire items are consisted of questions that are organised according to the project subject. The questionaires were carried out among the teachers from Kocasinen High School, Bahçelievler Anatolian High School, Yenibosna İHKİB High School, E. Avcı Anatolian Trade Vocational High School, Türkiye Gazetesi Trade Vocational High School, Kocasinan Trade and Industry Vocational High School, Social Sciences High School, Necip Fazıl Kısakürek High School, Çobançeşme High School and Yenibosna High School which are located in European part of İstanbul.
