Abstract (EN)

The study has been carried out with the aim of evaluating whether variables as five-six aged children?s gender, age, birth order, number of siblings, parents education level, ana preschool teacher?s age, education level, period of work created differences in preschool teacher?s behaviours and five- six aged childrens visual perceptions, and whether preschool teacher?s behaviours were effective on children?s visual perception.The teachers, employed in the schools,affiliated with Ministry of Education in Ankara province, and students in those schools has created the search sampling is composed of space 100 teachers employed in 27 schools affiliated with Ministry of Education, in Ankara province and 300 students attending those schools. In the search ?a general information form? to identify the students? and parents?charecteristics, and Frostig Developmental Visual Perception Test was conducted to the students and OHDİDA was applied to teachers, In analyzing overall data one way Annova, Pearson Product Correlation tests were used. The significance level is accepted as P? 0,05. It has been determined that the teachers behaviours towards children has a small positive correlation to the students visual perception behaviour (P>0,05). It has also been determined that teachers behaviours points made no difference from the points of children?s visual perception behaviour. In the light of the research result;some suggestions have been made to parent of the children, teachers, and various institutions.
