This descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted with 172 people face-to-face depending on volunteering. The researchers used a data collection form prepared based on the literatüre as a data collection tool. According to the research results, it has been determined %73,3 of the employees in these institutions have previously received first aid training. it has been found that the proportion of correct answers given to the given questions is high compared to the incorrect answers. When the suitable language was examined, only the first aid knowledge level of teachers was investigated in the studies conducted in this field. Since it is vital that every individual working in these institutions has first aid knowledge in the studies to be conducted in preschool educational institutions, the level of first aid knowledge of all employees should be determined regardless of the title of those working in these institutions, and first aid training should be provided to each individual working in these institutions.
