Data was collected through due to interview method, and content analysis was used for data analysis. According to the findings of this research, preschool teachers discussed health across various domains using diverse methods. Additionally, teachers emphasized the importance of self-care abilities during program activities. Furthermore, teachers engaged with families to involve them in this phase. Moreover, it was observed that children were well-informed about healthy practices based on their responses. Wearing masks, maintaining social distance, getting vaccinated, and refraining from touching others' personal items were among the children's responses regarding health practices. In summary, there are several suggestions to improve the comprehension of health-related issues. These encompass educating people and children by teachers in underserved areas about health, involving children actively in health education, highlighting the challenges teachers encounter during health education delivery, and collaborating with the Ministries of Education and Health to address and overcome these obstacles.
