Abstract (EN)

The Level of Fulfillment of the Family-School Union Functions According to School Administrators ( Pendik Reference)This research is done to define the level of the family-school union functions according to school administrators, to determine differences according to demographic characteristics of school administrators and to offer what can be done.This research?s cosmos consist of 158 administrators who attended school-family union works in 79 official primary and secondary schools which are bounded to National Education Ministry in Pendik in İstanbul. All 158 administrators who attended school-family union works in 79 official primary and secondary schools in Pendik which is county of İstanbul are handled as a sample.Data are collected through survey. In the analyses of the data that are collected through surveys that explicated to test subjects SPSS statistics programmer is used. The data collected through surveys are analyzed with frequency analyses. For sex variability t-test analyses is done. To determine whether there is a difference between group variability about seniority year, education level, the number of the children or not one-way variance analyses is used. In all statistical works meaningful level is accepted as 0, 05As a result of analyses, according to perceptions of school administrators, school-family unions can?t fulfill functions efficiently except for financial issues. According to demographic characteristics of school administrators, meaningful differences emerged in statistical ways.Key words: School, Relations of School-Family-Environment, Education Managment, School-Family Unions
