Abstract (EN)

The perception of corporate reputation is evaluated as a rational and emotional clear image developed with corporate stakeholders. This perception expresses the intangible value of institutions that are not easy to imitate and rarely possess. One of the important features that increase the reputation at the corporate level is the motivation and job satisfaction levels of the employees. Employees with a high level of motivation and job satisfaction in an institution identify with their institutions and make corporate reputation more positive in terms of external stakeholders. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between educational administrators' perceptions of corporate reputation and their motivation and job satisfaction levels. In this context, LISREL and SPSS package programs were used for the analysis of the data collected using the survey technique. The significance level was accepted as p=0.01 in the analyzes and the reliability and validity of the scales used in the research were examined first. Structural equation models were used to analyze the results of the research hypotheses. Normal distribution analyzes and central tendency measurements were used to examine the distribution of the data obtained within the scope of the research, and the level of participation of school administrators in each measurement was examined with mean and standard deviation values. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the relationships between the variables, and frequency and percentage analysis was used to examine the demographic characteristics of school administrators. According to the findings obtained after the analyzes made within the scope of the study, the perception of corporate reputation of school administrators has a significant and positive effect on job satisfaction. Again, job satisfaction of school administrators has a significant and positive effect on motivation. The effect of corporate reputation on job satisfaction is significant and the effect of job satisfaction on motivation is also significant.
