The approaches management of school's managers

Akif HelvacıThe purpose of this investigation is to determine the approaches management of school?s managers who are working in Uşak city Goverment Primary Schools. This research aims to determine whether the teacher?s opinions of gender, educational status, prefecture in schools branch, the number of teahers in schools, and seniority differentiate or not on the basis of the approaches management in the dimensions of scientific management approach, bureaucratic management approach, human relations approach, systems approach, contingency approach, theory Z approach.This investigation area includes primary school teachers in working in Uşak city borders. There are 175 government primary schools in the area of investigation and 1669 teachers are working in these official primary schools. The number of schools that will take place in the sample has been determined as 85, as the number of teachers are 332. `The personel information form? and `The scale of the approaches management of school?s managers? have been to the participants who qualify fort he research. Datum are evaluated in the SPSS package. In order to identify whether there is a significant difference between teacher?s gender, and branch variables among the approaches management of school?s managers t-test has been applied.To identify whether there is a significant relation depending on educational state, the number of teahers in schools, prefecture in schools and seniority state or not, on-way anova has been applied.Resarch findings show that among the approaches management of schools managers who are working in Primary school, scientific management approach and bureaucratic management approach are low level, , human relations approach, systems approach, contingency approach and theory Z approach are average level.Key Words: School?s Managers, The Approaches Management
