Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to make a research on relationship between scale and being/realization and effect/determination problem which are mentioned as two major problems in spatial organization theory and practice.In order to reach this aim, firstly the recent discussions on scale problem have been evaluated to develop the basic conceptual discussion of the research. As the result of this effort the concepts of space, time and organization which are mentioned as dimensions of scale have been reached.The second step of the study is to make a research on the dimensions of scale which concerns the relationship between being/realization and effect/determination.To discuss the relatively importance of organization than space and time, `the organization that based on accumulation? has been chosen and portrayed as a sample phenomenon.To evaluate the relationship among scale, becoming/realization and effect/determination, the conceptualizations that implicated from the theory of probabilistic determination and sample phenomenon have been used as another step of the research.As the last step of the study, the results of the research and the premise hypotheses have been evaluated.
