Abstract (EN)
In this study, digested organic solid waste was redegraded in order to gain more organic matters from solid waste?s residuals. Digested sludge was pre-treated with acid (sulfuric acid) and enzyme (cellulase) to degradate undegradable lignocellulosic materials in hydrolytic phase. Methane gases production from pretreated digested sludge with acid and enzyme in anaerobic degradation with thermophilic conditions (55 0C) is measured. Digested sludge?s Carbohydrates, protein, pH, volatile solids and total solids were determined. As a result of studies; methane gases volume in 5 and 29 days, in order of 27 mL, 212,5 mL from without pretreated sludge; in order of 96 mL, 118,5 mL from acid (%1) pretreated sludge; in order of 216 mL, 318 mL from only themophilic pretreated sludge were produced. Therefore, it was observed that application of thermophilic pretreatment to the digested sludge accelerated hydrolytic stage and increasing the methane gas production.
