Abstract (EN)

This research has been carried out between 2009-2010 at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Dardanos Campus. Arapsaçı, Artemis and Lattughino were used as plant materials and plantes both organically and conventionally and data compared.Yield, diameter, length, leaf colour, marketable leaf number, unique leaf weight, pH, total soluble solids, dry weight percentages, total phenolic compounds, total amount of chlorophyll, ascorbic acid content has been determined.Furthermore, from each replication 5 plants were marked for seed weight and in these plants; plant height, total seed yield, 1000 seed weight, germination tests seedling growing test and cold test were performed.
