Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted to determine organic production and the evaluation of products from an animal perspective. The thesis study was conducted using face-to-face survey method with a total of 419 individuals in Osmaniye central district and Kadirli district. "Simple Random Probability Sampling Based on Main Population Proportions" method was used in the study. The data obtained from the surveys were determined using frequency distributions and proportional distributions and analyzed in the SPSS package program. In the research, 96.7% of the respondents had knowledge about organic agriculture, while 76.8% stated that they had heard of organic livestock farming before. 91.6% of the participants reported that they consumed organic animal products. 36.5% of the respondents stated that they use organic agriculture, television, the internet, etc. While saying what they learned from communication tools; 58.7% stated that the most important element in organic livestock farming is nutrition. While 43.7% of the participants stated that they consume beef and 45.8% stated that they shop from villages to meet their organic meat needs; it has been said that the reason for this is that organic products are healthier. 43.2% of the participants stated that they consume more organic milk, they prefer filtered honey as organic honey, organic products have low market chances, organic products are environmentally friendly, and organic products and products bought from the village are healthier. In the study, a significant relationship was found between animal products, the consumption of which is prioritized organically, and the age groups of the people. In the study, between age groups with the view of where to buy organic meat; Which type of meat is preferred and between age groups; among the age groups with milk and its products that are given priority for organic consumption; Among age groups with the opinion of whether the production method of animal foods affects consumption; how much do you trust organic products? opinion among age groups; among age groups with the opinion that organic products are more reliable; among age groups with the view that organic products protect nature; a statistical difference was found between age groups with the opinion that I should consume organic products. In the study, the differences between the answers given to the question "what are the most important elements in organic livestock farming" and gender? between gender and the answers given to the question "does the production method of animal foods affect consumption?" A statistical difference was found between the answers given to the question "can you tell whether milk is fatty or not" and gender?
