Abstract (EN)

In this study, the various organic semiconductor photodiodes were fabricated. The current-voltage measurements of the prepared diodes were performed under dark and illumination conditions. From current-voltage characteristics, the electronic parameters such as ideality factor, open-circuit voltage, fill-factor, series resistance and shunt resistance were calculated. The ideality factor values of the organic semiconductor photodiodes deposited on ITO glass are higher than ideality factors of photodiodes deposited on silicon substrate. Since, the current under reverse bias significantly increased with illumination intesity, the prepared diodes exhibits a photovoltaic behaviour. The electrical parameters of the prepared diodes were developed using cleaning procedure, different solvents and organic materials.
